Uplifted: What Makes You Happy? is a fresh look at our ultimate purpose in life: union with God in whose image and likeness we are made (Gen. 1:27). The video series and book answer the questions posed by men and women throughout the centuries: what makes you happy? The rich content is thought provoking and forces one to look deep within.
Each video episode, taught by Fr. Brad Elliot, O.P. and Sr. Maria Catherine Toon, O.P., has a corresponding book chapter which includes refection questions, a selection from a broad spectrum of authors, and a ‘made for wholeness’ section which provides neurological and spiritual insights into living a fully integrated life.
