IDEA BANK > Saint Box Project

Designed originally for early grades, this project will delight and enrich students of any age, from kindergarten through high school.   Simply adjust the number of prompts and instructions as needed.

Students choose a Saint and then read about his or her life.  They then brainstorm and create or gather objects that could be connected to their Saint’s life, name, and patronage. They also design an “artifact box” to hold their collection. The box and objects serve as easy memory aids when they formally “present” their Saint to the class, using these items as prompts.

Below, you can get everything you need for the project as both a PDF and an editable Word Document.
